Posted February 24th, 2013 04:39 AM IPDamien Wayne should of been the guy to win the NWA World Heavyweight Title way back in November if the NWA was that interested in putting it on a local guy.
Successful Title defenses against Chris Hamrick and Gunner over the weekend and I'm sure more name talent will be challenging him when he returns to NWA DAWG. He's had more high profile matches than Kahagas just this weekend alone.
Also take into account the great things he has done with the NWA DAWG Heavyweight Title (Successful defenses against guys like CW Anderson, DJ Hyde, Julio Dinero, Marty Jannetty and a host of other NWA Mainstay Talent)
Anyway to remain on topic. Damien is doing great things with the National Title and the local promoters are booking the belt the way it should be (Mainly local talents with occasional "name" talents)
He's making the NWA DAWG and the NWA National Title look awesome and the bookings don't seem to be slowing down.
