I just found this photo and thought it was pretty cool the way it exposed how the legs were cleverly made to look like they were the same size as the yearling bear.
If anyone remembers this was displayed all over the internet and changed a lot of minds back in 2007.
It included the following caption with it:
Quote: With the blur the body parts are debatable but the proportional difference stands out as a key piece of evidence. This picture was a big influance but has a false impression. The hip is higher and the feet are lower than the bears. Divided equally the proportional difference is fadded and hidden. It speaks for itself when replaced.

I don't understand why they did that. It's a good find I seen this before and never even noticed they cut the bottom off the leg. Cindy |

That’s the same picture Alt Higgins secretly sent to bear expert Lynn Rogers back in 2007 to sway his opinion. Then he ran back to the Texas Bigfoot Conference to announce the comments Lynn made to him over it.
Lynn wasn’t convinced last January when I showed him how he was tricked. He told me it was the longest legged bear he ever seen and unless we had been there at the time we couldn’t be absolutely sure what it was. Don Jasper |

in my digging, i was able to find a mouth and eyes. But it would only be proof for me. I used several enhancement techniques on the photo to tease out some of the features. My work would not stand up in a court of law. That is the level of proof we need. Rick

| These photos have been through a bunch of controversy and arguing. Almost as much as the Patterson video. I have seen other places in a jelous rage delibertly try to make these look like a bear or try to talk everyone into it. If they didn't believe it the normal reaction would be to ignore the pictures not to transform them with trick photos. You can tell they're up to no good because they keep complaining how they hate them but keep returning to talk about them then complain some more. I give the pictures a little more credit than I normally would have because of this. One question that does come up often is missing photos. Are there any missing photos? |

Correct me if I’m wrong, from reports I have read Jacobs had many photos on memory chips taken in the week’s prior showing deer, bear, coyote and raccoons. I have also read somewhere during placement or takedown of the camera in the creature area witnesses noticed a very strong odor; I believe this is common in about 10% of Sasquatch sightings.
Once again someone please correct me if I’m wrong. The series of photos he took with the Juvenile Sasquatch are on a new blank chip that is preserved and still may be available for scientific scrutiny to rule out any foul play. According to reports this chip has all the events recorded that took place.
1.) A setup photo taken early in the daylight.
2.) Later in the day just before dusk some bear photos hanging around leading up to the two dark cub photos; all of these are shown on the BFRO forum pages.
3.) Two photos of a quick moving hairy creature bending over half an hour after the bears were gone. This was followed by an odd silence with several days of no photos; as if the creature scared everything away. This was strange because bears normally return for bait on schedule. Especially if any of the animals were starving.
4.) The final photo on the chip was of Jacobs as he goes to pick up his camera several days after the creature photo with nothing in between.
