Please ask Gary Cronin in Alberta to reply to this thread so people see that he has found it. If the 2009 Alberta expedition will indeed be targeting this area, then please do not post the name of the game preserve. Make sure Gary is aware of it.

Got it. These potential tracks were found at the base camp for the Alberta X so no locations details can be given.

When you link to the map that Nav included here, you can see Gary's find at point "H"

It would be great to get some input from an experienced hunter who has seen other tracks made by ungulates, that could be similar to these, to help is to try to rule one or the other out. Is it conceivable that these could be an ungulate who has leapt, or back-tracked, or stepped in any other unusual fasion?
