It may not be the ideal situation, but it's happened to just about every triathlete, typically about 3-5 weeks before your big race. You step on the scale and...you're heavy.

I've lost 81 lbs in the past 2 years - pretty happy with the results so far - from 288 to 207!

That is awesome Tri! Wow, I thought I dropped some lbs, man 81 is a small child. HAHA

Keep up the amazing work and stay motivated. You will thank yourself much later in life.
