(great article, can apply to all IM attempts, not just KONA)

I have had a lot of opportunity the week before and the week after Kona to discuss some of the reasons racing well at IM Hawaii can be challenging. An athlete’s first experiences on the Big Island are a chance to learn -- if we stay open minded. I will recap some ideas for you here.
