Posted December 23rd, 2008 08:42 PM IP If anyone is in the Windsor Area, James Loaring is having triathlon training courses (paid but cheap) and free group training days out of the Loaring Physio Office in Techumseh (near Windsor).
Unfortunately it is too far away for me, but if anyone is in the area they should definately look in to it! Details on the Loaring Physiotherapy website.
James Loaring is a world class triathlete and all round good person, you would learn alot from him. Just check out Loaring.com.

Posted December 25th, 2008 04:24 PM IP James is a great guy and coach. I did my nccp training with him.
He also runs a race. The loaring triathlon. It is a really neat concept, check it out.

Posted December 30th, 2008 11:18 AM IP I have seen that website in the past and the format is kind of cool. It is nice to have those different formats to keep things fresh. I have seen some crazy ones in the states on websites as well. One I recall had about 4 transitions in a duathlon (DoobyDu) which would require you to practice the change over even more. See you on the course!
