So Jack has the last dinner ticket and Chris and Ed are down for after dinner tickets!
Best we can do!

You missed Katia on the after-dinner list.
I'm doing a PhD, what's your excuse?

Is the deadline for paying tonight? If so, will whoever I need to give a cheque to be at the premier?

I'm sure you can hand your check to someone who will make sure it gets to the right person.
Where's the banter?!

I don't think I'll make it tonight. I can take a cheque round Romesh's tomorrow (or tonight before the premier) if that's OK.

The deadline for checks is next thursday 26th. Hopefully Mike will be at the pub to collect them, I probably won't be there because I have a 24hr essay starting that day! Don't worry about bringing them tonight, as I'm not sure whether I'll make it.

Is there anyone on KB today who I could give my cheque to? Didn't make it to the pub last night. I'm in the CH Waddington Building (new building by gate 4) or could come find someone at lunchtime.

Ruth. I will be in Darwin Library group study room 3 (maybe 1 actually, I think the librarian ignored me when I said 3) today from 9 until 12. I'll go 5 mins early and stand in the hall if you want to give it to me. I can then shuttle it to Romesh/Mike.
Where's the banter?!

If that doesn't work then text me. My lab finishes at 1 and I (kind of!) know where your office is now

Why go to KB if there is an empty library 100m down the road...(from romesh/allan)?

Which Library is that?
My reasons are as follows:

1. Reference books
2. Group Work
3. Banter
4. TLC
5. Because I like the commute (both walking and bike) and a longer distance means it's less easy to just pop home.
6. Lecturers/Supervisors close by
7. I know I can work here.

Where's the banter?!

Heh, I can't imagine the sick kids hospital having much need for Engineering Reference Books...
