I came across a paperback copy of "The Lost Regiment.....Fateful Lightning" at a used book store, that has what appears to be an inscription to a fan signed by William R. Forstchen, on the title page.
it reads:
For Stacey
Keep on writing!

First of all, can anyone help me authenticate this signature? (I am unable to find this author's signature on any verification site)
Secondly, does this book have any real value to any collector?
The book is in reasonably good shape..obviously read (by myself, but possibly not by another), with some wear to the binding from being read, and some dog eared pages, but no tears or missing pages, although the pages have very slight "yellowing" from age, I believe. I fnotice the signature while well into the reading, or there would be no wear at all.
