Word in the back is, Mr. Balls has put feelers out to many TWC Superstars from the past including three former World Champions, none of which are named Bigg Rigg.
"Bigg Rigg will always be a member of this roster whether he's elsewhere or not. He IS TWC. The feelers I've sent out across the wrestling world were sent to see how the old school is doing. There are definitely former World Champions in my contacts, and I want to see how they're doing and see if they'd like to join us."
