May 4th, 2005 05:50 PM Graham Bennison Fife AC Summer Mid-Week Series – Strathkinness/Blebocraigs 4.5 mile. View from the back Graham Bee (Fife AC) chalked up two wins out of two at the Fife Mid-Week Summer Series coming home first at the Strathkinness/Blebocraigs race. The Aberdeen university student, winner of the St Andrews 5km was always comfortable over the multi-terrain course teasing out a nine second advantage over the final mile ahead of John Hargreaves (EZ Carnegie) – 24.52. Chris Russell (Fife AC) made a welcome return to top form overhauling Neil Gunstone (Dundee Hawkhill) over the final stages to clinch 3rd place. Sarah Cullen led a Fife clean-sweep of the female awards placing 40th overall timed at 31 minutes 12 seconds. Louise Provan followed in 43rd with Cathy Sinclair in 45th. After two years of heavy rain and mists the runners finally caught sight of the marvellous vista at the 3.5 mile point – a spectacular panoramic view of St Andrews Bay and the Eden estuary.
