For the first time in a six year history, a forum thread on mocorunning has reached a maximum limitation for replies. I didn't even know this limit existed, but 500 replies in a thread is the max. We were working on that thread for almost 3 years.
In the spirit of the old thread, I have misspelled the title.
Alums: Alum ( /ˈæləm/) is both a specific chemical compound and a class of chemical compounds. The specific compound is the hydrated potassium aluminium sulfate (Potassium alum) with the formula KAl(SO4)2.12H2O. The wider class of compounds known as alums have the related empirical formula, AB(SO4)2.12H2O.

Congrats to Louise Hannallah (Churchill alum) and her team on a big race this afternoon. The meet featured 8 of the nations top ten ranked div 1 XC programs and twenty (top thirty) ranked teams. Vanderbilt also knocked off #1 ranked Villanova. Way to go ladies!
