Hello - I'm trying to install DiffEq on my TI-89 Titanium, in order to run Symbulator. I've set my exact/approx to auto, and switch the the dif folder before i run install(), but I continue to get an error: 960 which is:Undefined variable. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the Titanium's OS? Thanks for any help you can offer

Make sure you have all the required variables in the dif folder. You could check this by selecting the folder in Var-Link and pressing [F6:Contents]; there should be 35.

I am also having trouble installing Diff Eq 2.06 on a regular TI-89. I too have set the mode to auto and radians and have set the folder to "dif" and also do have 35 variables in this folder. However, when I try to install, I still get the 906 error. I would really like to use this progam so I would appreciate any help.

Thanks a heap,

Keith

I checked again and have a 690 error that interrupts the install, indicating a missing ).

It's been quite a while since I installed DiffEq, so it may take me some time to track this down. I'll try my luck Monday after work.

If it will help: when I do the install, I see numbers in the upper left corner, first 3, then 4, then 5. The install stops sometimes after the 5 appears. In addition, the differential equation solver seem to be working perfectly. When I go to Var-Link, none of the items in the DIF folder are archived.

Thanks a lot for your help,

Keith
