The ROM version you used for the HP49G+ isn’t the most up to date. If you go to www.hpcalc.org you can download version 2.06. Although this isn’t an official release from HP it was updated by the same people how worked on it originally, and it has many bug fixes and improvements. Using this version my or may not affect the performance, but it would probably add support for some functions.

Thanks. I'm not sure when I'll have a chance to download the new ROM or update the benchmark, though.
