The XWF Proudly Presents:

Coming to you Live from the U.S. Airways Center in
Phoenix, Arizona
Sunday, January 31, 2010

The Za
vs.
Freddie Jones

- - Standard Match - -
- - 2 RP Limit - -

Preview: Freddie Jones is one of the biggest prospects in the XWF, and he’s not shy about telling you that. The young star has dominated his opposition thus far, though he may not understand he’s yet to face anyone who could be considered, well, good… however, in his pay per view debut he finds himself up against “The Za”, a man that is known more for his wrestling pedigree than his XWF accomplishments. Will The Za make his debut a memorable one as many are predicting, or will Freddie Jones show he can beat more than just the jobbers?

Rhiannon Ramsey
vs.
Peter Gilmour
vs.
R.J. Palmer
vs.
Diego Velez

- - Fatal Four Way - -
- - 2 RP Limit - -

Preview: The Hart title has been passed around more times recently than an underground copy of Lindsay Lohans sex tape, from Nick Ryan’s reign, to James Raven’s, to the Hart title tournament, to Dr. Emo… hell, Peter Gilmour held the belt for a month and never even won it! However, at Snow Job he will step into the ring with three other stars who hope to give the title a more long term home… Peter, a five time Xtreme Champion, will battle Diego Velez, a new star with blood ties to the great K Money, as well as R.J. Palmer, an undefeated rookie, and Rhiannon Ramsey, the most controversial participant after James Raven changed the outcome of the fan vote to get Rhiannon into the match. Will she be able to capitalize on his “generosity”, or will one of the three men show her that it’s better to earn the gold than get it handed to you?

Brian Cady
vs.
Wild Orchid
vs.
Nick Ryan

- - Ladder Match - -
- - 2 RP Limit - -

Preview: Brian Cady has ruffled a lot of feathers as of late, from his controversial radio interview last month to his in-ring antics of late… backstage attacks and insulting promos shattering a one sterling image that had the intense support of the fans. James Raven has taken heat for Brian as well, due to the fact that even after Cady’s outburst, he was allowed to participate in the cruiserweight title match at Xmas Xtreme, capturing the gold from former partner K Money. Now, it’s the rosters turn to get revenge, as Nick Ryan and Wild Orchid are both gunning to knock Cady off of his pedestal and take the belt before he even has a chance to get used to it… Will Cady back up his brash claims and actions, or will Nick Ryan find a way to add another singles title to his suddenly growing resume, or perhaps Wild Orchid will add the Cruiserweight title to hers?

Downfall and Jason Twisted
vs.
Ryan Black and Emmanuel Jackson

- - Standard Tag Match - -
- - 1 RP Limit (Per Person) - -

Preview: In one of the biggest surprises of the night, Downfall and Jason Twisted find themselves lined up against Emmanuel Jackson and Ryan Black of the K.I.A. with a Tag Team title shot on the line. Critics are shocked, due to the fact that Black will have had a grand total of two matches before this golden opportunity, and Jackson will have had a grand total of… one. Management however stands firm by the decision claiming that the K.I.A. has proven themselves as a force to be reckoned with, and deserve the opportunity to prove themselves regardless of the length of their tenure. Rumor has it that Downfall and Twisted are infuriated that these newcomers are booked in this match at all, as well as the fact that they have to take a backseat and watch Legion and Mason take a run at the belts themselves, but one can only hope they’ll use the anger as motivation, instead of allowing it to be their downfall… no pun intended.

Dr. Emo and Mia Sanchez
vs.
Adam Mason and Legion

- - Standard Match - -
- - 1 RP Limit (Per Person)- -

Preview: Just after the number one contenders are decided, it will be time to find out who the new Tag Team champions will be. Mia Sanchez has waited a month for her shot, not to mention to even find out who her partner would be, after she defeated The Confessor last month at Xmas Xtreme… but now the wait is over as she’ll be stepping into the ring with Dr. Emo, the winner of the fan vote. Their opponents will be Legion and Adam Mason, an impressive rising star in the company, who have fought a whopping zero matches together. In a title match that features two brand new teams, created specifically for this match, it will come down to which team can overcome their differences, and find some form of continuity… will it be Mia and Emo, two of the companies borderline main eventers, or will it be Legion and Mason… who may have something a bit (un)stable up their sleeves?

Brian Cady
vs.
Roxy Nova

- - Xtreme Rules - -
- - 1 RP Limit - -

Preview: Brian Cady finds himself in the ring for a second time in one night, this time lining up against Roxy Nova, a woman who returned from retirement specifically to face Cady after his previously mentioned radio interview. It’s clear Roxy Nova has a bit of ring rust, however, as while she’s managed to get under Cady’s skin and land a few solid backstage attacks, she’s yet to win a single match since her return. While she had a shot at taking her shot at the cruiserweight title, she declined, stating that all she wanted to do was hurt Cady, and the title only got in the way of that… did she make the right decision, forcing Cady to split his focus and fight two matches, or will Brian manage to win both, and look even more dominant as champion? The true question is whether Roxy has rounded back into form yet, and if she hasn’t, is she putting herself at risk?

Zach Rizza
vs.
Centurion

- - Special Guest Referee - -
- - 1 RP Limit - -

Preview: With as long as these two have been around the XWF, it's safe to say that they have history together, their last clash coming at Rage in the Cage 2008 when Zach Rizza beat the Legend and took his half of the tag team titles. Now, more than a year later they line up again, this time for the Xtreme title which Rizza is looking to collect for a record 17th time. However, with James Raven currently in possession of the belt, Centurion not reporting to XWF Headquarters for the past several weeks, and a "Special Guest Referee" reported to be officiating the match, there's a lot of questions surrounding the bout... will it even happen with the medical tragedy surrounding Centurion's wife? Will Raven allow the belt to be taken by someone else? Hell, will the REFEREE allow the belt to be claimed by one of these parties? Nothing is certain, but one thing is... Rizza had better go all out if he has a shot at winning.

Jack Nation
vs.
Trent Gein w/ The Director

- - Loser Leaves XWF - -
- - 1 RP Limit - -

Preview: A feud that started at Xmas Xtreme when Jack Nation pinned Trent Gein in an Xtreme rules match after Thomas Davis interfered and attacked the legend, and continued when Gein got his revenge in a steel cage two weeks later on Anarchy... now finds itself at the be all end all finale, a battle that will end with one man proving his superiority and dominance over the other, and with the other waving goodbye to the XWF for one final time. With both mens historic careers on the line, will Nation prove Gein is nothing more than a washed up has-been, clinging to the "Legend" tag as if it commands respect, or will Trent reveal Nation for what he claims Jack is... a flash in the pan who never achieved anything of value, and never will... a man who doesn't deserve the career he may now lose?

Scythe
vs.
Spice One
vs.
Terrell Odom

- - Triple Threat, Pin to Win - -
- - 2 RP Limit - -

Preview: Scythe has been a top young star in the XWF, claiming the third highest title in his pay per view debut... however, there have been two major changes for him as of late. First off, as someone who prided himself on his solitude, he has now aligned himself with a rebuilding (un)Stable faction, teaming with Legion and The Lunatic to try and return the group to prominence, secondly, he's no longer undefeated as Ryan Black and Terrell Odom snapped his streak on the last Anarchy. Now, with fuel for his fire, Scythe enters his first title defense against Odom, the man that beat him for the first time, and Spice One, a once dominant force in the United States title division. Spice has been all about making statements since his return, and this is a prime opportunity to make another one, if he can beat the champion that is... and don't overlook the K.I.A. leader, Terrell Odom. He may be flying under the radar after his recent debut, but rumor has it, he may actually be the favorite...

Bigg Rigg
vs.
Aidan Collins

- - Street Fight - -
- - 2 RP Limit - -

Preview: It’s always a big deal when a legend returns for a match, but when two of them come back to face each other, there are simply no words to describe it. Bigg Rigg John Gambino returned to the XWF this past month, claiming he was ready to revert to his old form and take back what was rightfully his, the Universal title… and after an impressive win over Downfall and Jason Twisted, it looks like he just might be on the right track. Last week on Anarchy, Rigg stood in the center of the canvas and claimed that no one in the company could stop him, and he followed it up with an open challenge to any past or present XWF star to face him at Snow Job, where he could prove his dominance. While many expected C.H.A.D., Davey Dunham, or even Hunter Ryan to accept the challenge… everyone was shocked when the lights returned to reveal Aidan “Blizzard” Collins. In what could be the match of the night, will “The Angry Italian” pick up a major victory that could put him in line for the top title, or will Blizzard do what he does best… win? Both Legends have a lot on the line, and their legacies to protect.

Kieran King
vs.
Famine of the Vile

- - Standard Match - -
- - 2 RP Limit - -

Preview: Kieran King has been one of the most dominant stars in the XWF, and the kicker is that he's been on the roster for less than three months. The winner of the Xmas Xtreme tournament, Kieran is one of the youngest World Champions in the companies history, and if his track record so far shows anything, he may be one of the most dominant. However, Famine of the Vile looks to prove that there is no substitute for experience, as he looks to capture the second World title of his career, and possibly use it as a stepping stone to his first Universal run. With a few ego shattering losses to Dante Anglais and Dr. Emo in his recent past, Famine of the Vile is looking to refresh his image and his style, but will it be enough for the Demon King to dethrone the King, or will Kieran continue his dominance, and build on his young legacy?

James Raven
vs.
Steve Jason

- - Standard Match - -
- - 2 RP Limit - -

Preview: For nearly two years, people have asked who would win, the XWF Legend Steve Jason, or his modern day incarnation, James Raven. The two have been compared for nearly all of Raven's career, due both to their personalities and their in ring successes. Late in 2009, Steve Jason returned from retirement as a member of James' famed "Prophecy" faction... however, while many believed it would prove to be a dominating combination, it did nothing but create a rift between the Legend and the young star. Raven's obsession grew, as did the intensity of the comparisons, and now, years after they began, the two will finally step into the ring to end the debate once and for all... will Raven keep it civil, and keep the bad blood outside the ropes, or will SJ have more to worry about than just an arsenal of high flying moves? Will Raven manage to break free of the comparisons and prove himself to be his own man, or will Steve Jason show the world he is simply the best... no matter what generation?

Big Shank
vs.
Dante Anglais

- - Standard Match - -
- - 2 RP Limit - -

Preview: In the nights main event, Big Shank moves into his second title defense after a controversial win over Rage last month. Dante had been on a tear as of last month, though recently he's been a bit of a disappointment, and some insiders have been reporting his position in the company may be in jeopardy... not only his standing as a main eventer, but his position on the roster in any way. Dante earned his way into this match, and one can only hope he'll do everything in his power to earn a victory... but Big Shank won't let that come easily. His first Universal title reign was cut short by injury and a career shift when he became general manager, but he seems to be enjoying himself this time around... abusing his power and influence, and loving it the entire way. Can Shank continue a reign that may rival that of Ranma Saotome, or will Dante silence his critics and grab the title away from one of the most iconic names in the game? Only time will tell in the XWF, where the action never slows down!

Yeah, I'm starting to get a little scared now. Do I gotta face Rizza at the PPV? Or is there something none of us know right now? lol

I guess I should put this here. If Famine has no problem with it, I'll write my match. I've got a couple of ideas in mind.
